Lone Vaulter – Unity (mobile)

In-Game shop I made for the game

This project was done in two weeks, during a partnership with a French studio “OhBibi”. The first week was dedicated to build a running prototype, and the second one to improving it, using user’s feedback. The limitation was to make a Sport game, without monetization, endless, and with scoring ! In Lone Vaulter, the player is an athelete who runs and jumps the highest to score ! The game is playable with one thumb, to plant, jump and do flips !

I worked on the menus UI, and the shop programming and integration (C#). It was the first team project on Unity where I was part of the programming team. It was a great first experience, as I loved working with DOTWeen.

The result was not as good as we expected but this was one of the most intense work session I done all year ! I really enjoyed working with my team.

The fun fact is that Lone Vaulter, despite not being debugged, reached over 900.000 downloads. A part of the team wants to work on a update to get rid of all the bugs and repair what can be fixed.
